How long do custom units last?
Custom units are all made with either virgin or raw hair, which will be stated in the description. Virgin hair lasts 2-3 years. Raw hair last 4-5 years. However, the longevity of the hair is determined through proper maintenance.
How do I know what size wig to get?
How many bundles do I need?
For lengths 16"-24" - 3 Bundles recommended
For lengths 26"-30" - 4 Bundles recommended
Can I bleach/dye the hair?
Virgin hair can be bleached up to color #27 and takes dye well.
Raw Hair can be bleached up to color #613. Also takes dye well (Recommended to be done by a professional)
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means the item needs time for construction. The typical turn around time for a pre-order is 7-14 business days.
How long is shipping?
After processing times, shipping is 2-3 business days through USPS.
If my package gets lost or stolen, will I get a refund?
As stated in our shipping policy we are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. However, we provide shipping insurance at checkout that will give you the opportunity to file a claim in the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged.
