Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, health and safety, all sales are final.

Return/Exchange Period 

There is a 5 day return/exchange policy. Once this time period has elapsed, unfortunately a return/exchange is no longer eligible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. However, we thoroughly pack and inspect each item prior to shipping so this is unlikely.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

The return/exchange policy does not apply to the following items:

  • Sale Items
  • Bundles

All sales for the above-listed items are considered final, and no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
